My entire professional life has been spent helping Milwaukee area employers offer health, dental, disability and other employee benefits; after 12 years at UnitedHealthcare, I joined The Rauser Agency in 2004. My expertise lies in helping small businesses and new business ventures create benefit solutions to meet their specific needs.

I am privileged to be the endorsed agent of the Cultural Alliance of Greater Milwaukee and value working with the Milwaukee arts community to implement affordable benefit plans. I am also an active member of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, the Historic Third Ward Association and the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters.

I grew up in Milwaukee - a Dominican High School grad - and earned my BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. In addition, I hold a Certificate in Health Care from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

My wife Tracey (originally from Johannesburg, South Africa) and I enjoy traveling , but we love the vitality of downtown Milwaukee and our home in the Third Ward where I serve on the Board of The Historic Third Ward Association. I hope our paths will cross at Jazz in the Park, Summerfest, Miller Park or, better yet, at 400 East Wisconsin Avenue!
