Is your mailbox full of “junk?” (It’s not quite as bad since last November, is it? Amen for that!)
Trouble is we often ignore important information from our health insurers that for privacy
reasons may appear to be just more junk.
Consider if it wouldn’t be helpful to know you are past due for a physical or a mammogram.
What if your insurer’s drug formulary has been updated? Maybe there are new low cost generic
substitutes for your prescription. Or maybe a group of physicians or a clinic has been added to
your network of providers.
Through a secure log in to your health insurer’s website, you can get similar information.
Or, you could open your mail!
You wouldn’t “trash” your good health on purpose. Would you?
