Take health plan design. Employees like choices. How do I know?

When offered a “qualified” high‐deductible option alongside a more traditional plan, enrollment is almost always evenly split.

Some people like the opportunity to bank the unused (lower) premiums of an HSA Plan. Others prefer the (more costly) convenience of paying co‐pays for their doctor visits and their prescription drugs.

Most employers, however, seem to think one size fits all. How do I know?
