The need for health care isn’t always convenient. Like the time a gust of wind caused the trunk of my car to slam down on my head. Ouch! But even when the unexpected occurs, you have options. Emergency rooms are awful places to get care. And they are awfully expensive, too.
Since claims translate into higher renewals, wouldn’t it make sense to ‘rehearse’ your covered employees on their options for care when emergencies arise? Employee meetings are a good time to do that. Payroll stuffers and insurer websites are also useful.
Lower claims are no accident. (Pun intended.)
